Marquee completes the sale of the Holiday Inn located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to Sale, The hotel was fully renovated and converted from a Hampton Inn. Ryan Scarpulla and Emily King worked diligently with the selling and buying groups to negotiate a successful transaction.
